Dr. Bieber will help you achieve a bright smile

A great first impression is a valuable asset in any situation – and a bright smile is the probably the most important first impression one can make.
Dr. Bruce Bieber, D.D.S. has served the Queens community improving those smiles for about 30 years. His General and Cosmetic Dentistry office, located at 217-10 73rd Avenue in Bayside, is a family oriented practice that caters to everyone from kids to seniors.
When you visit Bieber’s office, your smile is his top priority. He performs state-of-the-art procedures including teeth whitening and the new Snap-on Smile – for those who don’t want to spend the money on expensive crown or bridge work.
“Most people are unhappy with their smiles, either because they are crooked or broken or discolored,” he said. “These problems are easily handled these days.”
Dr. Bieber participates in many insurance plans and often accepts most insurance plans as full payment – a unique practice in dentistry. If potential patients have any questions concerning insurance, Dr. Bieber encourages them to call his office. For any new patients, Dr. Bieber offers free exams and x-rays.
According to the Medical Dental Association, people should visit their dentist every six months for standard work, whether for a cleaning or a checkup. Unfortunately, most people only visit their dentist once per year – and that’s a generous guess.
“People wrongfully use pain as an indication that they need to visit the dentist,” he said. “Routine exams can help patients avoid major problems down the road.”
His state of the art dental office has everything one needs to enjoy a comfortable visit to the dentist. He said that the fears most people have toward dentists are unfounded and outdated.
“Dentistry is not what it used to be. Anesthetics and techniques are so much more advanced now,” he said. “The dentist is pretty much painless now. Many people avoid the dentist, but modern day technology makes many of these fears outdated now.”
Born and raised in Queens, Bieber has maintained a private dental practice in Bayside since 1984. He graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 1983 and completed a general practice residency at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn. He is a member of the ADA, NYSDS and QCDS and regularly attends continuing education courses to keep on the cutting edge of new dental procedures.
Dr. Bieber’s office is located on 73rd Avenue between Bell Boulevard and Springfield Boulevard on the ground floor of the Windsor Oaks apartments with plenty of free parking.
