KEW GARDENS HILLS — Impairing the governmental function of a public employee in Kew Gardens Hills earned one man a $250 fine, the Queens district attorney’s office said.
According to a criminal complaint, at about 8:40 a.m. Sept. 28, Manuel Reyes attacked an NYPD traffic agent as he was attempting to tow a car.
As the agent was trying to release the vehicle’s parking break, Reyes pushed him twice and attempted to grab his entry tool, the complaint said.
Reyes pled guilty to a disorderly conduct charge and was handed the fine, the DA’s office said.
