Bringing Dickens to Astoria

The St. John’s Prep Drama Guild performed its annual rendition of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol on Dec. 14 and 15. The Astoria school’ students, faculty, and staff were joined by several local Catholic elementary schools to view this performance, which was under the direction of faculty members Michael Matthews, Jason Booth, and Mary Radus, members of the school Drama Guild. Sophomore Luigi Ragusa starred as Scrooge and senior Jayson Troy starred as Jacob Marley.
