Sacred Heart Honors Top Students

Numerous students at Sacred Heart School in Glendale were recognized for their academic achievements during December by being presented with Student of the Month awards at the school’s monthly First Friday Mass on Jan. 6. Shown with Sacred Heart Pastor Fr. John Fullum and Principal Joanne Gangi are the honorees, which included Sana Seth and Aidan Kruk, first grade; Kaylin Spinelli, second grade; Ava Giannone and Daniel Greenwald, third grade; Tracey McGarry, fourth grade; Kayla Valentin, fifth grade; Michael Anello, Andrew Fox and Kristen Villafuerte, sixth grade; Daniel Contino and Angelica Cieslak, seventh grade; Jessica Elcik, Timothy Sullivan and Kathleen Marinaro, eighth grade; Jaymie Rehberger, art; Gabriella Yodice and Matthew Portes, computer; Erin Fahey, physical education; and Anthony Yodice and Peter Maxham, Spanish language.
