The gunman who held up a Richmond Hill gas station earlier this month is wanted by police in connection with three other armed holdups at businesses across Queens, authorities said. Reportedly, the gun-toting bandit came to the Gulf gas station at 118-11 Atlantic Ave. at 5:30 a.m. on Feb. 8 and, while displaying a silver semi-automatic handgun, demanded cash from a 23-year-old male victim. After the victim handed over currency, the perpetrator fled from the scene. Members of the 102nd Precinct responded to the incident; there were no reported injuries. Law enforcement sources later determined that the suspect-while armed with the same silver gun- also held up the JFK Inn at 154-10 South Conduit Ave. in South Jamaica on Jan. 15, the Giant Farmers Market at 138-13 Queens Blvd. in Briarwood on Jan. 22; and a Gulf gas station/Dunkin Donuts shop at 133-44 150th St. in South Jamaica on Feb. 2. The crook is described by police as an African-American male in his 20s standing between 5’7″- and 5’9″-tall with a thin build who was last seen wearing a hooded sweatshirt and a green, yellow and red bandana covering the lower half of his face. Anyone with information regarding the suspect’s whereabouts that could prove helpful is asked to contact Crime Stoppers by phone at 1-800-577-TIPS, by text message to 274637 (enter information, then the code TIP577) or online at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com. All calls and messages will be kept confidential.
