MASPETH — Police charged a Forest Hills man with criminal possession of a weapon after officers found him packing a pistol and bullet magazines while disregarding traffic rules in his 2004 Nissan Feb. 22, according to documents from the Queens district attorney.
At about 12:20 a.m., Lloyd Llama, 31, of 102-08 Ascan Ave., was pulled over near the intersection of 48th Avenue and 69th Street after failing to signal a right turn, the DA said.
When an officer approached the car and observed several gun magazines, officers recovered a pistol that Llama was only licensed to carry inside Hookahloopa, a tobacco-smoking club at 107-29 Metropolitan Ave.
