Glendale Students Take ‘special’ Path

This year, P.S./I.S. 119 in Glendale announced that a record number of students have been accepted into the city’s specialized high schools. Eleven students were accepted into Stuyvesant H.S. in Manhattan, 23 to Brooklyn Tech H.S., 13 to Townsend Harris H.S. in Flushing and 14 to Bronx Science H.S. The remaining students will attend York Early College Academy in Jamaica, the Brooklyn Latin School in Bushwick, LaGuardia H.S. in Manhattan and the High School for Mathematics, also in Manhattan, among other schools.
