This Glendale Musical Was Rockin’ and Rollin’

Scores of students at P.S./I.S. 119 in Glendale recently raised the curtain on their production of the popular 1960s rock and roll musical Bye, Bye Birdie. As noted, 45 actors along with 10 stage crew members participated in the production, which was accompanied by a 15- member band. The cast is shown following one final dress rehearsal on the Glendale stage last week along with the musical’s director, teacher Evan Behlivanis (standing in rear, sixth from left).
