Advanced Auto Parts Coming to Sunnyside

Advanced Auto Parts is moving to Sunnyside, taking over the 48^th Street/Greenpoint Ave. space that was previously occupied by Strauss Auto, according to James Bray, an official at Sunnyside Shines.

The site has been vacant since June when Strauss Auto went into bankruptcy and the store abruptly closed.

Advance Auto has more than 3,500 stores, which sells automotive parts.

There is no word as to when it will move in.
