Wanted for Armed Robbery In Bushwick

Two bandits wanted for holding up a car dealership in Bushwick last Wednesday, Aug. 1, have been linked to two other recent armed robberies in Brooklyn, law enforcement sources said. According to police, the two suspects entered the Interboro Auto Mall at 1604 Bushwick Ave. at around 5:05 p.m. last Wednesday. Displaying a black revolver, authorities stated, the crooks ordered the victims to lie on the ground and removed their property before fleeing from the scene. Members of the 83rd Precinct respondd to the scene; there were no injuries. The NYPD noted that the perpetrators also robbed in a similar fashion two other locations: the Sirius Car Approval Corp. located at 1942 Utica Ave. in Flatlands at 6:20 p.m. on June 20 and MB Vine Yards located at 2388 Nostrand Ave. in Midwood at 9:15 p.m. on July 11. The suspects are described as African-American males in their 20s with short black hair; one stands at 5’8″-tall and weighs 200 lbs., and the other stands at 6’1″- tall and weighs 160 lbs.
