State Sen. Joseph P. Addabbo announced that he will hold office hours at three Queens Library branches around his district this month.
As noted, the sessions will take place on the following dates and locations from 5:30 to 7 p.m.:
– Thursday, Sept. 13, at the Howard Beach branch located at 92- 06 156th Ave.;
– Monday, Sept. 24, at the North Forest Park branch located at 98-27 Metropolitan Ave. in Forest Hills; and
– Thursday, Sept. 27, at the Ozone Park branch located at 92-34 Rockaway Blvd.
“Many of my constituents might be unable to visit my district offices Monday through Friday,” Addabbo said. “The time I am spending at mobile office hours on Monday and Thursday evenings around the district gives them an opportunity to see me in their own neighborhoods without making an appointment, so I may personally address their concerns.”
“I will also be speaking about how important library funding is from the city and the state in restoring programs and services to local libraries,” he added.
