Police Officers Colin Dyer and Shawn Phillips were honored as the 106th Precinct’s Cops of the Month at the 106th Precinct Community Council’s Wednesday, Jan. 9 meeting in Ozone Park. According to Deputy Inspector Thomas Pascale, the precinct’s commander, Dyer and Phillips noticed a suspicious car at the corner of 103rd Street and Rockaway Boulevard at approximately 2 a.m. on New Years Day.
