The Queens Lesbian and Gay Alliance held its 20th Winter Pride event on Saturday, Jan. 26 at Astoria World Manor in Astoria. The event supported the Queens Pride Parade and Multicultural Festival and provides a venue to honor those who significantly contributed to the causes and concerns of the borough’s lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community. Among those attending were (first to fourth from left) Queens County Clerk Audrey Pheffer; State Sen.
