The ranking members of the Glendale Property Owners Association (GPOA) were officially installed for a year of duty during the civic group’s meeting and holiday party last Thursday night, Jan. 3, at St. Pancras Pfeifer Hall. Assemblyman Mike Miller (fourth from left) administered the oaths of office to GPOA President Brian Dooley (second from right) as well as the executive officers and board of directors. Miller and State Sen. Joseph Addabbo (second from left) also publicly thanked the civic group for its volunteer efforts over the past year, especially in assisting with Hurricane Sandy relief programs. The ranking GPOA members pictured along with Addabbo, Dooley and Miller include First Vice President Robert Koslowski, Second Vice President Howard Jaeger, Executive Secretary Chris Kurre, Corresponding Secretary Susan Petschauer, Recording Secretary Margaret Kotnik, Financial Secretary Frieda Koenig, Treasurer Clara Sarrocco, Sergeant-at-arms Norbert Giesse and Board Members Dori Capace, Michelle Cook, Donald Desmond and Anthony Hund.
