Students, teachers and faculty boogied down at the Sacred Heart School’s annual variety show, held recently at the Glendale school’s auditorium. Every class took to the stage to perform favorite songs from the disco era of the 1970s. Shown in the top photo are youngsters who performed Barry Manilow’s “Copacabana,” followed in the bottom picture by girls who delighted the audience with their rendition of “Born to Be Alive” by Patrick Hernandez. Teachers and administrators at Sacred Heart are shown at left prior to their performance of The Weather Girls’ “It’s Raining Men.” The school thanked all who participated in the variety show, including parents Cheryl Yodice, Linda Dooley, Bernadette Mitarotonda, Joe Elcik, Allen Rehberger, Laura Rehberger, Noelle Giesse, Benny Contorno and Brian Dooley.
