Beep Candidate Chats with Cb 2 In Sunnyside

Former City Council Member and current Queens borough president candidate Melinda Katz stopped by Community Board 2 to address the board and stump for votes. She spoke about the importance of public service and the role community boards serve in neighborhoods. Over the course of her career, Katz, a lawyer by profession, has also worked for the borough president’s office and served in the State Assembly.
