A motorcyclist who had been in critical condition after fatally striking a pedestrian on the “Boulevard of Death” over the weekend has died, a spokesman for the NYPD said Tuesday.

Police said 33-year-old Carlos Carrasco was pronounced dead in the hospital at about 6 a.m. Tuesday, two days after the early morning crash on Queens Boulevard and 44th Street.

The NYPD said 50-year-old Claudio Huerta was attempting to cross the Sunnyside roadway at about 4 a.m. Sunday when he was struck by the 2001 Kawasaki driven by South Jamaica resident Carrasco.

When emergency responders arrived, they pronounced Huerta dead at the scene, and Carrasco was taken to Elmhurst Hospital Center, police said.

Huerta lived about five blocks from where he was killed, according to the NYPD.
