Loved ones of a Jackson Heights teen killed in a hit-and-run crash Saturday evening plan to remember the 19-year-old Wednesday afternoon.

A funeral for Luis Bravo is scheduled to be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Rivera Funeral Home, at 104-20 37th Ave. in Corona, his mother Martha Puruncajas said.

Bravo was mowed down just after 11 p.m. Saturday by what police believe was a dark-colored sedan that fled the scene of the crash at Broadway and 58th Street.

On Tuesday, elected officials gathered at the accident site to call for traffic-calming measures in the area.

Those with information about the crash should contact NYPD’s Crimestoppers by calling 1-800-577-TIPS (8477), visiting its website at nypdcrimestoppers.com or texting 274637 (CRIMES) and entering TIP577.
