Suspect held up Ditmars wine shop at gunpoint: NYPD [With Video]

ASTORIA — Police from the 114th Precinct were trying to find a ski-mask wearing suspect who allegedly held up Doctors Wine and Spirits, at 46-16 Ditmars Blvd. on Jan. 17, the NYPD said.

The suspect entered the store and allegedly brandished a handgun before taking $800 from a 50-year-old store clerk, police said. There were no reported injuries, according to cops.

The suspect is described as 6-foot-2 and was last seen wearing a gray or blue hooded sweatshirt and a black ski mask, the NYPD said.
