ASTORIA — Police were trying to find suspects who allegedly stole bicycles in Astoria, NYPD said.
The suspects allegedly entered a residential building near 35th Avenue and 30th Street June 17 through an underground garage and made off with a blue Cannondale mountain bike that was chained to a bike rack, police said.
A week later, the suspects got into a building near 30th Avenue and 37th Street, where they forced open a door leading to a basement storage area and took a Trek mountain bicycle, according to cops.
