Guyanese woman missing in Queens

JAMAICA — Police were searching for a Guyanese woman who was last seen last Thursday in the vicinity of 111th Avenue, in Jamaica.

The missing woman, Lydia Eliza Bovell, 81, suffers from dementia and may require help returning home. She is also known as Daphne Matilda.

She is described as 5-foot-7 and was wearing a skirt, a flower print shirt and a hair wrap. She weighs approximately 110 pounds, has a medium complexion, brown eyes and white hair.
