The man pictured is wanted for burglarizing the Congregation Adas Yereim Synagogue on Metropolitan Avenue in Kew Gardens on Friday, July 25, law enforcement sources stated. At 12:25 p.m. the suspect entered the synagogue within the 102nd Precinct and allegedly took $75 from the donation box, police said. Sources familiar with the incident describe the suspect as a white male, around 5’10’ tall, 185 lbs. He was reportedly last seen wearing a multi-colored striped short sleeve shirt, beige pants and beige shoes, according to police. Anyone with information that could prove helpful is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS.
