Police need the public’s help in finding this man who allegedly stabbed a victim on a Middle Village street earlier this month. Law enforcement sources said the perpetrator knifed a man in the legs sometime on Aug. 7 in the vicinity of 73rd Place and 67th Drive. Reportedly, the victim and suspect were known to each other. The incident was reported to the 104th Precinct; the victim was treated for injuries that were not lifethreatening. Authorities described the suspect as a white or Hispanic male standing 6′-tall and weighing 200 lbs. The 104th Precinct Detective Squad is conducting the investigation, with Det. James DeMarco assigned to the case.
