City Council Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito recently visited MASBIA Rego Park, one site in the soup kitchen network that works in the fight against hunger. MASBIA is a kosher certified kitchen, but serves patrons of all faiths and ethnicities. The kitchen has three sites and serves hot, nutritious meals to hungry men, women and children.
