Glendale Honors Veterans’ Service

On the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month this year, Glendale residents paused to honor the sacrifices of veterans past and present during a Veterans Day ceremony Tuesday at the Glendale Veterans Triangle. Organized by American Legion Post 104, the brief service included prayers, the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance and words of tribute to those who fought in defense of the country. Among those pictured leading the ceremony are Robert Lorang, post commander, and Bill Cook of American Legion Post 104. Assemblyman Mike Miller was also in attendance.
