A 66-year-old man was found dead inside a subway car at a Jamaica station early Wednesday morning, according to police.
Police responded to a 911 call at 5:14 a.m. for an unconscious man inside a train car at Parsons Boulevard and Archer Avenue.
Upon arriving, officers found the man — whose identity was withheld pending family notification — inside the E train unconscious and unresponsive, authorities said.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and pronounced the man dead.
The investigation is ongoing, and the medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
