Plans and renderings are out for the 11-story, 56-unit luxury condo building dubbed “the Jackson” that is coming to 13-33 Jackson Ave.
Modern Spaces, which is marketing the property, released a description and images of the incoming development on Monday.
Renderings show a layered building with a curved exterior and rooftop water tank.
“This development was thoughtfully designed from every angle, from the building’s concrete façade and casement style windows, to the stepping dormers that announce its prominent corner location,” said Sam Charney, principal of Charney Construction & Development, which is developing the condo with Ascent Development and Tavros Capital Partners.
Amenities will include a social room, gym, children’s playroom and rooftop common space with private cabanas.
There will also be ground floor retail and 22 parking spaces.
A representative said that construction is slated to complete April/May 2017.
Sales are expected to launch in March 2016 and completion is slated for the first half of 2017.
