Presidential candidate John Kasich will come to Howard Beach for a MSNBC Town Hall

Republican presidential candidate and Ohio Governor John Kasich will make an appearance in Howard Beach on Wednesday to take part in a town hall.

Kasich will visit St. Helen’s Roman Catholic Church for a MSNBC Town Hall on March 30, according to Councilman Eric Ulrich. The town hall will start at 12:30 p.m. at 157-10 83rd St. Queens residents who would like to RSVP can email msnbctownhall@gmail.com with their phone number and questions for Kasich. Those who send in questions should be willing to ask them on camera.

His appearance comes a few weeks before the New York primary on April 19.

According to AP, Kasich trails both Queens native and billionaire celebrity Donald Trump, as well as Texas Senator Ted Cruz, when it comes to delegates. Trump is in the lead with 739 delegates secured. Cruz has secured 465 delegates while Kasich has won 143.
