Crook treats himself to a bundle of cash while robbing a bank in Flushing on Halloween

Police are looking for a man who scored his own Halloween haul by robbing a bank in Flushing on Monday.

On Monday, Oct. 31, at approximately 12:05 p.m., a man entered a Flushing Bank at 44-43 Kissena Blvd., then approached a bank teller and passed a note demanding money.

 

After the teller complied, the individual left fled the scene with an undetermined amount of money.

Officers from the 109th Precinct responded to the incident; there were no injuries.

The individual was described as a white male aged 30 to 35 years old, standing between 5 feet, 7 inches and 5 feet, 9 inches tall with a thin build, a beard and mustache. He was last seen wearing a green and gray plaid jacket, black sneakers, gray hooded sweatshirt and a black knitted hat.
