The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing teen from Ridgewood.
Amber Ruiz, 17, was last seen Wednesday at 7:45 a.m. inside her Ridgewood residence at 20-45 Linden St, according to authorities.
Police say Ruiz is 5-feet-3 inches tall and 125 pounds, with a medium build, light complexion, black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue denim jacket and black jeans, according to police.
Anyone with information about the missing person is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime stoppers website at WWW.NYPDC
