Police released on Tuesday night video of a man who flashed his genitals at a 12-year-old girl on a Ridgewood street earlier this month.

Law enforcement sources said the incident occurred at 4 p.m. on Oct. 2 in the vicinity of Seneca Avenue and Stephen Street.

According to authorities, the 12-year-old victim was walking through the area when she was approached by the suspect, who asked her for a piece of paper. She then removed a slip of paper from her backpack, and when she turned around, she saw that the man had dropped his pants and exposed his genitals.

Police said the perpetrator took off in an unknown direction; the girl ran home and told her mother, who contacted the 104th Precinct.

The NYPD described the suspect as a Hispanic male with a light complexion believed to be between 18 and 25 years of age, with a muscular build and dark hair. He was last seen wearing a black jacket with white stripes down the arms and blue jeans, and riding a bicycle.

Anyone with information regarding the creep’s whereabouts is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS (for Spanish, dial 888-57-PISTA), visit their website or send a text message to 274637 (CRIMES), then enter TIP577. All calls and messages are kept confidential.
