About 300 vendors and a multicultural music and dance show will take over three blocks of Steinway Street for an international festival this Sunday.

Steinway Street Cultural Festival will take place between Broadway and 28th Ave. on Steinway Street from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The festival will be held alongside an International Culture Fest, which will feature musical and dance acts from Bangladesh, Korea, Mexico and other cultures.

The street festival will host a wide variety of food and craft vendors, and will feature an entire block dedicated Japanese food. Kids rides such as an inflatable bouncy house will be available in a section of the festival.

The International Culture Fest musical show will take place from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the middle of the block between Broadway and 31st Ave.

The show’s lineup will feature musical and dance styles from around the world, including martial arts infused dance and music from Brazil; bagpipes from Scotland; and traditional costumes, music and songs from Russia, Bangladesh and Bulgaria.

Culture Fest is being funded by the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs, the New York City Council and Councilmember Costa Constantinides through the Cultural Immigrant Initiative.

Steinway Street Cultural Festival is being organized by Clearview Productions, a company which organizes street festivals.
