Take a look at the impact that yesterday’s severe storm had on Queens

A rain storm ripped through Queens late on Tuesday afternoon, causing tree limbs to fall and streets to be underwater — but it also left behind some breathtaking sunset skies.

While we haven’t seen the last of the rain, it isn’t expected to be as intense as Tuesday’s storm. However, the National Weather Service has issued a Coastal Flood Warning until May 17.

As the dark clouds rolled in, many borough residents took to social media to share what they saw during the storm.
