Cops are looking for a duo who brutally assaulted a man on a subway platform in Jackson Heights.
According to police, at 10:30 p.m. on May 20, two unknown men got into an argument with a 22-year-old man on the E train platform at the Jackson Heights–Roosevelt Avenue/74th Street subway station. The suspects proceeded to punch the victim and kick him in the face, fracturing the victim’s jaw.
Law enforcement sources said the assailants fled the scene on a Manhattan-bound E train.
The victim wound up at NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn, where he required surgery for his injuries.
Police described the suspects as black men between the ages of 16 and 20 years old. One was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and the other was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.
