Cops searching for duo who broke into a Glendale apartment and took $1,000 in cash

Cops are looking for a pair of thieves that recently broke into Glendale apartment and took off with cash.

According to police, at 8:45 a.m. on Aug. 24, two unknown men broke into a 22-year-old woman’s apartment, located in the vicinity of 66th Street and Cooper Avenue, by forcing open the front door when she wasn’t home. Once inside, the crooks stole $1,000 in cash.

The suspects then fled the scene westbound on Cooper Avenue inside of a gray four door sedan, pictured below:

The first suspect is described by police as a dark-skinned male and was last seen wearing a red shirt and dark-colored pants. The second suspect is described as a light-skinned male with light-colored hair and was last seen wearing a yellow safety vest, a dark-colored hooded sweater and dark-colored pants.
