Police are looking for a man who hit two banks in Queens Tuesday, leaving empty handed from a Woodside bank but with more than $17,000 from a Jamaica bank.
Both incidents happened within the space of two hours yesterday, with the thief first entering the Woodside Chase Bank, located at 59-26 Woodside Ave., just after 11 a.m.
Police say he slipped a note to the bank teller demanding money. One employee, however, hit the alarm button, causing the man to flee.
