An off-duty traffic enforcement agent was arrested Wednesday night after getting into a domestic dispute with his spouse at their home in northwest Queens, according to authorities.

Renato Gonsalesconegundes, 30, reportedly engaged in a physical altercation that resulted in him pushing and punching his spouse on Dec. 26, law enforcement sources said.

Police did not disclose the exact location of the incident. However, they indicated that Gonsalesconegundes’s residence is within the Astoria-based 114th Precinct.

Police arrived at the home and arrested Gonsalesconegundes at 8:05 p.m. that night, charging him with assault.
