Police are searching for a man who was observed to be rubbing his genitals and urinating while standing between train cars on a moving E train near Queens Plaza.
At around noon on Saturday June 29, a 41-year old male passenger witnessed the man rubbing his exposed private area and urinating while traveling on a downtown E train as it approached the Queens Plaza Station, according to police.
The man is described as being black, partially bald and around 40 years of age. He is also described as being 5 foot 6 inches in height and was last seen wearing all black clothing.
