Police are looking for a thief who snatched a phone out of a woman’s hands while she was using it to track her Uber ride in Astoria last week.
The 46-year-old woman was waiting for her ride at the corner of 14th Street and 31st Avenue on Monday, Oct. 28 at 9:45 a.m. when an unidentified man passed by, grabbed her phone and fled.
The NYPD released surveillance footage of the man.
