Man burglarizes construction site at St. Francis Prep: NYPD

The NYPD is looking for a man who stole tires from a construction site outside of Saint Francis Preparatory School in Fresh Meadows last week.

On Friday, Aug. 28, around 1:22 a.m., an unidentified man broke in through the rear security gate of a construction site outside of the Catholic school, located at 61-00 Francis Lewis Blvd., according to the NYPD.

The man then drove his truck into the lot and stole three tires before driving off in an unknown direction, cops said.

The alleged thief was last seen wearing a short sleeve shirt and dark colored paints, according to the police. The NYPD released surveillance video of the burglary on Friday.
