A man was stabbed in the neck on Queens Boulevard in Sunnyside during a random attack early Sunday morning.

Police from the 108th Precinct in Long Island City are looking for a white man who allegedly stabbed the 23-year-old victim “with an unknown cutting instrument” at around 3:15 a.m. as he walked in the vicinity of Queens Boulevard and 48th Street near Greenpoint Avenue, according to the NYPD.

EMS responded to the crime scene and rushed the victim to Elmhurst Hospital Center where he was in serious but stable condition, police said.

The NYPD released surveillance video of the assailant as he walked along Queens Boulevard. The suspect had a crew cut and was wearing an orange T-shirt with dark pants and dark sneakers, and he had a black bag slung over his shoulder.
