Cops looking for turnstile jumper who allegedly groped a woman inside an Elmhurst subway station

A woman was allegedly groped by a stranger as she was walking out of the Grand Avenue-Newtown R Line subway station in Elmhurst on Friday night.

Police from the 110th Precinct in Elmhurst and Transit District 20 are looking for the degenerate who was jumping a turnstile at the station when he came up behind the 36-year-old victim and grabbed her rear end, police said. The man ran off in an unknown direction and the victim was not physically injured.

The NYPD released surveillance video of the suspect as he casually made his way through the turnstile and described him as around 35 years old, 5’9” tall, 170 pounds with a dark complexion, athletic build, black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a green baseball hat, a white tank top, blue shorts and an orange backpack.
