The 101st Precinct Detective Squad is searching for 12-year-old Luis Osorio from Far Rockaway who was last seen at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 14, in front of 205 Beach 29 St.
According to NYPD officials, Osorio has gone missing before. Osorio is said to be mildly autistic and has a fascination with trains.
