NYPD searching for missing Richmond Hill man with Alzheimer’s

The NYPD issued a silver alert for an elderly man with Alzheimer’s disease who vanished from his home near Forest Park in Richmond Hill on Wednesday afternoon, Dec. 21.

Miguel Angel Rivera, 72, was last seen leaving his house on 110th Street, just a couple of blocks south of the park, at around 4:30 p.m., and her disappeared shortly afterward, according to authorities. 

 Rivera is described as having a light complexion, 5’8″, 150lbs, thin build, brown eyes, short gray hair, and gray goatee and he is missing a front tooth. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black beanie, green sweatpants, and black and white shoes.

Detectives from the 102nd Precinct in Richmond Hill are looking for Rivera and anyone with information is asked to call the detective squad at 718-805-3212 or the Patrol Borough Queens South detective squad at 718-969-5005.
