WHO: Bindlestiff Family Cirkus
WHAT: As part of its summer-long five borough “Summer of Joy” Tour, the Bindlestiff Family Cirkus brings its innovative Flatbed Follies production to Plaza de las Americas in Washington Heights on Saturday and Jackson Heights in Queens on Sunday.
No two Bindlestiff shows are ever the same and audiences can always expect the unexpected. This weekend, Miss YaYa Vargas hosts and sings and there will be acrobats, plate spinning, juggling, aerialists, hair-hanging, Rolla Bolla, wire walking, performing dogs and the Bindlestiff Clown Alley. Performances take place on the unique rolling parade float-style stages created specifically for circus and variety performances. All shows are FREE to the public.
