This hour long introduction to Meditation provides participants with an opportunity to learn about the benefits of meditation, how to develop a practice of their own and move toward greater inner peace.

Meditation philosophy helps students to gradually understand and experience the benefits of practicing first hand. When we slow down, it allows us to tune in and listen more deeply to our intuition, inspiration, creativity and inner wisdom.
