M* a* S* H Takes the Mcclancy Stage

The Msgr. McClancy High School Tyros Drama Group will present the stage play version of M*A*S*H this March at the East Elmhurst institution. Written by Tim Kelly and directed by Ann Smith, M*A*S*H is based on the first three seasons of the longest-running sitcoms in television history. As noted, over 40 students have been involved in the production, which has been a work in progress since the fall. The cast includes McClancy students Sergiu Barcaci, Philippe DosSantos, Joseph Harvey, Jonathan Lacovarra, T.J. Lukas, Bryce Mengus, Michael Ramirez and Sean Tracey, as well as Claire Spinetti of St. Vincent Ferrer High School, Ashling Marie Heenan and Alexa Dayoan of Christ the King Regional High School and Megan Weiss of Forest Hills High School. The performances will take place at Msgr. McClancy High School, located at 71-06 31st Ave., on Mar. 9 and 10. For more information, e-mail McClancyTyros@live.com.
