A man has been charged in the shooting of two others — one fatally — while riding in a Dodge Charger at 133rd Avenue and 221st Street on August 11.
According to police, the first victim, 22-year-old Darion Brown, was shot multiple times in the torso and was taken to Franklin General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The second gunshot victim, a 23-year-old man, was hit in the leg and taken to Mary Immaculate Hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.
Rhiam Taylor, 21, was arrested following an investigation and is charged with murder, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment.
