The Mets are out for revenge against the crosstown Yankees as the Subway Series shifts to Queens.

In the series’ first leg at Yankee Stadium, the Bronx Bombers took all three matchups with the Amazins.

Jon Niese will try to extend the Mets three-game winning streak against the Yankees’ Andy Pettitte in the series opener tonight.

Saturday pits Chris Young against Ivan Nova.

R.A. Dickey takes his streak of 42.2 consecutive innings without giving up an earned run to the mound against CC Sabathia, in the nationally televised Sunday night game.

The always hotly-contested series will feature even more heat than usual. Friday is forecasted for temperatures in the mid-90s. The heat and humidity may bring thunderstorms. The National Weather Service said there is a 60 percent chance of storms.

Saturday and Sunday night’s match-ups should see temperatures in the 80s.
