By Christina Santucci

A 69-year-old woman was tased, pushed to the ground and raped in Forest Park Monday, and police are investigating whether the attack is connected to an incident earlier this year, a spokesman for the NYPD said.

Authorities said the recent rape happened at about 4:30 p.m. along the park’s bridle path, and the victim was taken to Queens Hospital Center, treated and released.

Her attacker is described as a clean shaven white man with light brown hair between 5-foot-9 and 5-foot-10 and age 30 to 40, police said.

He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and black sweatpants, according to cops.

In March, a woman was jogging in Forest Park when a man grabbed her from behind and zapped her with a stun gun, according to the NYPD. Her attacker was scared off by a couple out walking their dog, cops said.

Howard Beach resident Richard Kassebaum was arrested and charged by police in the March 29 attempted rape, but the Queens district attorney’s office deferred prosecution on the case.

The attacker was scared off by a couple out walking their dog who stumbled across them, cops said.
